Jeb is Chief Information Officer of the Children’s Health Fund and founding Director of CHF’s Centre for Community Health Technology. He is the consulting Director of Information Systems and Technology for Community Paediatric Programmes at Montefiore Medical Centre and Director of Strategic Technologies for the National Centre for Disaster Preparedness at the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University. Jeb has overseen the conceptualisation, design and development of four generations of paediatric and family health primary care electronic health record and allied technology systems to support paediatric and family healthcare. His work has received the HIMSS Davies Community Health Organisation Award. He provides consultation for various governmental health information technology projects and college and university interactive media programs. Jeb holds a PhD in Anthropology and has served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Socio-medical Sciences at the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University, a Senior Research Fellow at SMARTlab and Associate Researcher at the Centre for Advanced Technology, New York University.
